Good to go
Great experience. Getting hooked up with our driver at the airport took a few minutes, but once that was done, all was well. We were in a brand new suburban. They loaded our bags and we were off for a very comfortable ride, arriving several minutes early. The driver was so smooth I napped through most of the trip.Our room in PDC failed to meet any reasonable expectation, and feralter quickly and reasonably accommodated our change of plans. The return trip was once again in a suburban, not quite new but clean, comfortable and smooth. The drivers were both very polite and attentive

Finally -- a good and affordable airport private transportation service at Cancun airport!
Ah, for those of you poor souls arriving to Cancun.. if you are a newbie, you will be accosted by timeshare salespeople. IF you make it past there alive and to the exit, there are a blizzard of signs and a scene of utter chaos. You quickly try to find a sign with your name on it by fending off offers for rides. You can always hide out at the Margaritaville Bar and bide some time while you figure out a ride and try to get your phone to work for international service, but at $8 for a beer, you've wasted precious time and money. Of course, you could arrange transportation ahead of time but most of these companies are overpriced, especially if booked through the hotel. We've been through this charade so many times.. FINALLY.... on a whim and thanks to the internet, I found Feraltar. Don't bother trying to pronounce the name or look them up on the better business bureau, they are the real deal. Prices? BEST I've ever seen on my dozens of Cancun trips (it ain't my first rodeo there). Communication? Outstanding! They send reminder emails, clear instructions, and verify your pickup details. Drivers? Great, friendly, professional, safe. Cars? Luxurious, SUVs and very comfortable. Book a round trip and eliminate the hassle.This company is wonderful. Stop wasting your time and money with transportation. And just use them.. Save money and get wonderful service and above all, peace of mind! We had a group of 9 and Victor was our driver for the weekend. If you need transportation, this is your company! He was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating for our entire group. I really don't know what we would have done without Victor. This trip wouldn't have been seamless without his help and hospitality. I will use him every time I go to Cancun or Tulum.

Great Cancun transportation
This was my 1st time using this service and all was great, upon arrival we were picked up by Daniel who took us to our hotel. I had added champagne to our trip and it was not there but Daniel quickly went to pick it up and we were on our way. There was an error with the champagne as I had ordered two however, they remedied it by providing it on the way back. Both SUV's were clean and in good condition. The drivers in the Cancun/Playa/etc. area drive fast, from the bus drivers to the taxi drivers to a private transport driver, they just do. I read in other reviews that people were scared of this and just wanted to say that it is common for them to drive quickly, I don't mean speeding and you feel your lie is at risk but their commo driving is fast. My driver on the way back was just as amazing but his name escapes me and I just can't remember. But overall great service!

Satisifed with the private transfer
I was very skeptical about booking with this company due to the reviews. I experienced no issues with my travel. My flight arrived earlier than expected, and the driver was at the airport to greet us. It was slightly difficult to locate him; however, once I called the company they were able to direct him to us. I booked a private transfer which included a large suv. The suv was a little dated. The driver was friendly. It would be nice for the driver to have change on hand for tips. I didn't have any change and had to tip him a large bill. The suv for the return trip was much more modern and nicer. I recommend booking with this company.

Beach getaway
We visited Cancun for my daughter’s 40th Birthday. Stayed at Fiesta Americana Condesa. This hotel rates a 10!!! Beautiful resort, friendly staff, great entertainment everyday and night, food was great. I booked transportation with T. A. and a company called Feraltar. Picked us up at the airport on time and at hotel for return trip. Both drivers, Carlos and Angel were very professional and driving nice vans. Very pleased with all and will use T. A.Thank you T. A. Top notch transport service
We arrived in Cancun in the afternoon, it was very busy and lots of hustle and bustle. We made our way outside where we found our contact, there was a bit of a mix up when we arrived as far as where our driver was but it was quickly remedied and we we were on our way to our resort. Before entering our vehicle the driver was super conscientious about COVID precautions with all our belongings as well as our shoes etc. the driver was the best, we talked with him the entire ride to Playa Del Carmen, about 45 minutes. He talked about life in the US and how that effected him with his family etc. He was a proud man humble man. Stole my heart! So sweet. He shared his daughter graduated from law school I think, he showed us a picture. Just made for such a wonderful welcome. Our ride back to the airport later that week was just as nice, a young man, again chatted with us about life and just very endearing. Was very satisfied with the services provided. Vehicles were clean and a nice ride.
